Delivery errors for orders (other than Back to School orders)
If you receive the wrong goods, wrong quantity of goods or goods that were damaged in transit, you may initiate a return within 14 days of the delivery date free of charge for a full credit, refund or replacement.
Delivery errors for Back to School orders
If you receive the wrong goods, wrong quantity of goods or goods that were damaged in transit, you may initiate a return up until 13 February 2025 free of charge for a full credit, refund or replacement.
Faulty Goods and Warranty Claims
Any goods that are faulty (other than from your negligence or misuse) may be returned to us within a reasonable period for a full credit, refund, replacement or repair at our discretion. For warranty claims, you may contact the manufacturer or Winc. For any products with an expiry or use by date, we guarantee a minimum of four weeks shelf life remaining at the time of order processing.
Ordered by mistake or no longer wanted for orders (other than Back to School orders)
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may also return goods that have been ordered by mistake or for change of mind (except food, drinks, computer hardware, first aid products, masks, respirators, clearance items, specially purchased products, furniture, textbooks, made to order products or any other product marked as Non-Returnable on our website) within 21 days of delivery in exchange for a full credit, provided that the goods are in “as new” condition and in undamaged original packaging.
You will be charged a restocking fee of $9.95 excluding GST. Restocking fees will be charged per invoice.
Ordered by mistake or no longer wants for Back to School orders
In addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law, you may also return goods that have been ordered by mistake or for change of mind (except food, drinks, computer hardware, first aid products, masks, respirators, clearance items, specially purchased products, furniture, textbooks, made to order products or any other product marked as Non-Returnable on our website) up until 13 February 2026 in exchange for a full credit, provided that the goods are in “as new” condition and in undamaged original packaging.
You will be charged a restocking fee of 25% of the value of the order. Restocking fees will be charged per invoice.
Winc 100% satisfaction guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with a Winc- branded product, you can return it at any time with no restocking fee incurred.
