What are the benefits of shopping on Winc.com.au for my business as a Qantas Business Rewards member?

If your business is an existing Qantas Business Rewards member, you could earn 2 Qantas Points per every 1 spent on products at Winc.com.au. Qantas Points can be used for flights, upgrades, hotels, products from the Qantas Store and more, improving your business' bottom line or rewarding your employees or yourself. What do I need to do to join Qantas Business Rewards?

To join, you will need to visit the Qantas Business Rewards website and complete the registration form. Qantas Business Rewards is only available to Australia based businesses with an Australian Business Number (ABN).

I have registered with Qantas Business Rewards. Is there a waiting period before I can start earning points?

No, as long as you ensure the ABN provided to Winc is correct and matches the details provided to Qantas Business Rewards, you can start earning points on purchases through Winc.

My business is already a Qantas Business Rewards member. What do I need to do for my business to start earning Qantas Points with Winc.com.au?

You will need to create a Winc.com.au shopping account. Your account will need to be registered as a Business User and must include your ABN. Existing customers must ensure the ABN provided to Winc is correct and matches the details provided to Qantas Business Rewards.

How many Qantas Points could my business earn?

Your business could earn 2 Qantas Points for every 1 spent on products on Winc.com.au. There is no cap on the amount of Qantas Points you can earn. However any promotional campaigns offering bonus points may incur a cap on points.

Also you will not earn Qantas Points on any clearance items, promotions, delivery charges or customer contracted pricing.

We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).

I've placed my order. How long will it take for my Qantas Points to show in my Qantas Business Rewards account?

Allow up to 8 weeks after you have received your order for Qantas Points to be transferred into your Qantas Business Rewards account.

It's been over 8 weeks since I received my order and the Qantas Points are still not showing in my Qantas Business Rewards account. Why is this?

Please ensure that your Winc.com.au order was not returned as Qantas Points can only be earned on orders that have been invoiced and paid for.

Qantas Business Rewards will be informed when your business has placed an order with Winc and Qantas Business Rewards will credit the Qantas Points to your business's account. There may be some delay while your business's Qantas Points are transferred to your Qantas Business Rewards account. I have returned an item from my order and received a refund. Will I retain the Qantas Points?

No, the Qantas Points accrued on the returned item will be deducted and only the dollar amount that you paid will earn Qantas Points.

Are there any special considerations for earning Qantas Points through Winc?

Yes, the earn rate of Qantas Points is different for orders made through winc.com.au and netxpress.biz (Winc for corporate customers). Customers will be awarded Qantas Points at the earn rate based on which website the purchase was made on. It is the responsibility of the member to check whether a proposed purchase is eligible to earn Qantas Points, and if so how many Qantas Points will be earned, before making a purchase.
