Start by setting up a Christmas tree!
A good way to signal that start of the holiday season is by putting up a Christmas tree. It can be displayed either in the reception area or a communal space like the lunchroom.
“Once your tree is up, get everyone involved in decorating! Bring out the DIY art and craft supplies and let the team jazz up the tree with their own personal touches. From wooden hanging Christmas trees to tinsel pipe cleaners, metallic sticks, sleigh bells or even personalised baubles ready to paint and decorate, there’s something for everyone to create,” advises Melanie.

Host a Christmas craft-ernoon tea to create handmade cards.
Once the tree is set up, consider creating an arts and craft station for those who want to create their own, personalised Christmas cards.
“A Christmas card table is a fun way for team members to create their own unique cards to share with family and friends. You can use cards that come with predrilled holes, giving a canvas for stitching patterns using embroidery,” adds Melanie.
