The Promoter is Winc Australia Pty Limited ABN 94 000 728 398 of Level 8, 163 O’Riordan St Mascot NSW 2020 | Ph: 13 26 44 | marketing@winc.com.au. The competition commences at 08:00 AEST 05 June 2024 and ends at 15:00 AEST on 06 June 2024 or earlier at the tradeshow organisers discretion and is only valid for delegates and attendees at the PASA Health and Aged Care Conference 2024 unless terminated, modified, or suspended earlier at the sole discretion of Winc Australia Pty Limited ABN 94 000 728 398. The prize is one Kitchen Gift Pack up to the value of $139.00 (inc GST). To be entered into the competition, delegates must enter their details at the Winc stand during the Conference on the approved Winc ‘Register your interest’ form and answer in 25 words or less ‘What categories does Winc supply’. Only one entry allowed per delegate. Multiple entries are allowed from the same organisation. Entries will be judged by Winc representatives and a total of one winner will be selected at Winc Australia Mascot on Friday 7 June 2024 (‘Prize Selection Date’) and the prize will be allocated to the one winning entrant. The winner will be notified by phone and/or email. If after making reasonable efforts to contact a winner, the winner cannot be contacted or prizes remain unclaimed 30 days after the Prize Selection Date, Winc reserves the right to re-award any unclaimed prizes on 07 July 2024. The winner(s) will then be notified via email within two business days. No responsibility is accepted for late or lost entries. The prize will be posted at Winc’s expense to the address provided or in person if local to Sydney. If the prize is not available for any reason, Winc reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winc reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time during the promotion period with or without notice.
