 The competition commences at 07.00 AEST on Saturday, 1 July 2023 and ends 3pm AEST on Thursday, 31 August 2023 and is only valid for Australian schools and/or workplaces unless terminated, modified or suspended earlier at the sole discretion of Winc Australia Pty Limited ABN 94 000 728 398 (‘Winc’). The prize is one (1) pop-up juice bar for a week at your workplace, up to the value of $5,000 exclusive of GST on a dates agreeable by both Winc and the winner. The pop-up juice bar for a week must be held within three months of accepting the prize. The pop-up juice bar for a week is valid for five (5) consecutive working days (Monday to Friday). Winc will work with the winner to facilitate the pop-up juice bar and accompanying refreshments. Any unused money from the $5,000 prize will be forfeited if not spent on the pop-up juice bar. To be entered into the competition, entrants must purchase at least one product from the Winc Winter Workplace Sale or Winter Sale between Saturday, 1 July 2023 and Thursday, 31 August 2023 AND submit the entry form which includes an answer in 25 words or less why their workplace deserves to win. Only one entry allowed per person. A total of one winner will be selected after judging the answers at Winc Australia, Level 8, 163 O’Riordan St Mascot NSW 2020 on Wednesday, 6 September 2023 (‘Prize Selection Date’) and the prize will be allocated to the one winning workplace based on their answer to the question provided on the entry page. Prize draw will be published on Friday, 8 September 2023 on the Winc Australia LinkedIn Page and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If after making reasonable efforts to contact a winner, the winner cannot be contacted or prizes remain unclaimed 30 days after the Prize Selection Date, Winc reserves the right to redraw any unclaimed prizes on Monday, 9 October 2023. The winner of the redraw will be notified via email within two business days of the redraw. No responsibility is accepted for late or lost entries. The pop-up juice bar will be set up at the workplace’s nominated address at Winc’s expense. If the prize is not available for any reason, Winc reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winc reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time during the promotion period with or without notice.
