The competition commences at 07.00 AEST on Monday, 15 April 2024 and ends 3pm AEST on Friday, 13 December 2024 and is only valid for Australian schools who did not participate in a Back to School offer in the 2023/24 season, unless terminated, modified or suspended earlier at the sole discretion of Winc Australia Pty Limited ABN 94 000 728 398 (‘Winc’). The prize is one (1) pop-up BBQ Foodservice provider onsite at the winning school, up to the value of $5,000 exclusive of GST on dates agreeable by both Winc and the winner. The pop-up BBQ must be held within Term 1, 2025. The pop-up BBQ is valid for a nominated day during Term 1, 2025. Winc will work with the winner to facilitate the pop-up BBQ Foodservice provider. Any unused money from the $5,000 prize will be forfeited if not spent on the pop-up BBQ Foodservice provider. To be entered into the competition, entrants must register for one of the the three Back to School Offers (A-class home deliveries, Bulk orders and Classroom packs) through their Winc Education Account Manager or by calling 1800 004 427 between Monday, 15 April 2024 and Friday, 13 December 2024 AND submit the entry form which includes an answer in 25 words or less why the school has chosen Winc Education to be their back to schools supplier for 2024/25. Only one entry allowed per person. A total of one winner will be selected after judging the answers at Winc Australia, Level 8, 163 O’Riordan St Mascot NSW 2020 on Friday, 20 December 2024 (‘Prize Selection Date’) and the prize will be allocated to the one winning school based on their answer to the question provided on the entry page. Prize draw will be published on Monday, 23 December 2024 on the Winc Australia LinkedIn Page and the winner will be notified via email and/or phone. If after making reasonable efforts to contact a winner, the winner cannot be contacted or prizes remain unclaimed 60 days after the Prize Selection Date, Winc reserves the right to redraw any unclaimed prizes on Monday, 24 February 2025. The winner of the redraw will be notified via email within two business days of the redraw. No responsibility is accepted for late or lost entries. The pop-up BBQ will be set up at the winning school’s nominated address at Winc’s expense. If the prize is not available for any reason, Winc reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Winc reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions at any time during the promotion period with or without notice.
