Invoices are readily available for tax or reimbursement purposes. To find a past invoice, go to My Account > Find Invoice.

What is your returns policy?

Winc offers free returns for Winc For Home orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns on most items within a reasonable timeframe. Some exclusions apply. See full details of our Returns Policy here.

How do I return an item?

For change of mind returns, faulty or damaged product claims, please contact our Customer Care Team on 13 26 44 or customerservice@winc.com.au to obtain a Return Advice number prior to sending goods back to Winc. Once you receive your Returns Advice our delivery partner will book in a collection time for your return.

What are the delivery charges and timeframes?

Here’s a summary of our delivery information and charges:

Standard orders placed on Winc For Home accounts will incur a delivery fee of $6.95. Larger, bulky items, such as furniture, will incur a separate delivery fee of $32.95. All prices quoted include GST. Winc For Home accounts are not eligible for Fast & Free Delivery.

*Orders which contain Big & Bulky items only will not incur an additional standard delivery fee of $6.95.

How do I track my order?

To track your order, head to My Account > Track Orders. Select your order from the list or use the Search All Orders bar to search by order number. Your order number can be found on your order confirmation email.

You can also track your order direct from your order confirmation.

Delivery order updates

When your order is ready for delivery you will receive an email from us to let you know your order it on its way. We include a tracking link from our delivery partner for further updates.
