The Winc Business Rewards Program ('Program') is available by invitation only to Winc Australia Pty Limited (Winc) customers with less than 200 employees. Participation in the Program is contingent upon payment of the 199 annual membership fee to Winc. Your membership will automatically renew at the end of each anniversary of your joining date, unless written notice is given to Winc at least 60 days prior to the renewal date. Failure to pay your annual membership fee will result in the immediate cancellation of your membership in the Program. Either party may, in writing, immediately terminate this Program, in whole or in part, at any time, including for member's failure to pay the applicable annual fee within Winc's payment terms. In the event of termination, the annual membership fee is non-refundable.
Winc Business Rewards accounts are limited to one account per eligible customer. Each email address and mailing address are also limited to one account. By enrolling in Program, you will also receive Winc promotional communications. You may unsubscribe at any time. Rewards are non-transferable and may only be redeemed by the member. Winc collects and manages your data in accordance with Australian privacy laws.
Winc reserves the right to modify, revise or cancel this Program, the Reward Benefits, Terms or any part of the Program at any time for all participants or for any specific participant. Winc will inform members of any changes to these Terms if the changes will affect the Rewards Benefits, or if the Program is cancelled, when practicable, will give members at least 30 days' notice.
By participating in the Program, members agree to and are subject to the Terms of this Program, and certify that all eligibility requirements are met. Memberships may be cancelled at any time by notifying Winc by email email@example.com or phone on 13 26 44. Cancellation may take up to 30 days to finalise. Upon cancellation, your membership will be deactivated and any unclaimed Rewards will be forfeited.
A member is eligible to receive credits or discounts on the member's account for qualifying purchases made by the member ("Qualifying Purchases") by phone or online at https://netxpress.biz/ in which a membership account is identified. "Qualifying Purchase" and "Qualifying Purchase Amount" means the amount due at checkout excluding GST, freight and any other administration fees or charges.
Members are eligible to receive an instant discount for Qualifying Purchases equal to 5% of their total Qualifying Purchase Amount of 200 or more in single transaction.
Members receive free shipping on all orders placed by phone or online at https://netxpress.biz/ in which a membership account is identified, excluding furniture, oversized or bulky items for which Freight Charges apply. Standard Winc delivery policies apply.
Members receive discounted pricing on Reflex Ultra White A4 Copy Paper 80gsm Box 5 Reams (Product Code: 87217181), limited to 200 boxes per membership year. The products will be specified at time of sign-up to the Program and will be added to your contracted basket. Prices are subject to supplier price increases and exchange rate or other market rate fluctuations which may result in price changes. Unforeseen circumstances such as supply or delivery problems or unexpected demand, may occasionally result in stock unavailability.
Members are entitled to a Join Fee Waiver for the Qantas Business Rewards Program (a joining fee of 89.5 usually applies). Qantas Business Rewards membership and Qantas Points are subject to the Terms and Conditions available at www.qantasbusinessrewards.com/terms. Qantas Points are offered by Winc under Winc Corporate Terms and Conditions available at https://netxpress.biz/page/qbr-terms-sa. Winc corporate customers can earn 1 Qantas Point per 1 spent on Eligible Products and New Customers who have not held a corporate account on Winc's ecommerce site, netxpress.biz, in the preceding 12 months will be awarded a bonus 10,000 Qantas Points when they spend 3,000 or more using their account within 90 days of their account being activated.
