What is Qantas Business Rewards?

Qantas Business Rewards is the new name of the Aquire program and this change, along with some program updates occurred on 1 February 2017. Qantas Business Rewards is designed for Australia- based small to medium sized businesses with an ABN. Qantas Business Rewards is designed to reward businesses for doing many of the things they already do every day, such as purchasing flights, renting vehicles, taking out insurance, paying for storage and more. Similar to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program for individuals, Qantas Business Rewards works by allowing your business to earn Qantas Points on a range of everyday business expenses. What are the benefits of shopping through Winc’s Corporate site (netxpress.biz) for my business as a Qantas Business Rewards member?

If your business is an existing Qantas Business Rewards member, you could earn 1 Qantas Point for every 1 spent on own brand products at netxpress.biz (Winc corporate). Qantas Points can be transferred into any Qantas Frequent Flyer account and used for flights, upgrades, hotels, products from the Qantas Store and more, improving your business' bottom line or rewarding your employees or yourself. What do I need to do to join the Qantas Business Rewards Program?

To join, you will need to visit the Qantas Business Rewards website and complete the registration form. The Qantas Business Rewards Program is only available to Australia based businesses with an Australian Business Number (ABN).

I have registered with Qantas Business Rewards. Is there a waiting period before I can start earning Qantas points?

No, as long as you ensure the ABN provided to Winc is correct and matches the details provided to Qantas Business Rewards, you will start earning Qantas points on purchases through Winc.

My business is already an Qantas Business Rewards member. What do I need to do for my business to start earning Qantas Points with Winc?

If your company is already set up with a NetXpress Login, you're ready to place an order and start earning Qantas Points on purchases. Existing customers must ensure the ABN provided to Winc is correct and matches the details provided to Qantas Business Rewards.
If you are not a Winc Corporate customer, you will need to complete this form and a Winc representative will contact you to discuss how we can set up your account.

How many Qantas Points could my business earn?

Your business will earn 1 Qantas Point for every 1 spent on own Brand products at netxpress.biz(Winc Corporate site). A list of Eligible Products is available at https://netxpress.biz/page/earn-qantas-points, and may be subject to change.
You will not earn Qantas Points on clearance items, delivery, freight, installation or other administration fees or charges.
There is no cap on the amount of Qantas Points you can earn, however, any promotional campaigns offering bonus points may incur a cap on points. We recommend you consult your accountant or tax adviser to ensure you understand possible tax implications, for example fringe benefits tax (if applicable).

I've placed my order. How long will it take for my Qantas Points to show in my business's Qantas Business Rewards account?

Allow up to 8 weeks after you have received your order for Qantas Points to be transferred into your Qantas Business Rewards account.

It's been over 8 weeks since I received my order and the Qantas Points are still not showing in my Qantas Business Rewards account. Why is this?

Please ensure that your Winc order was not returned as Qantas Points can only be earned on orders that have been invoiced and paid for.
Please ensure the ABN provided to Winc is correct and matches the details provided to Qantas Business Rewards. Earning Qantas Business Rewards Benefits through Wincs Corporate site is only available to Winc Mid Market Account Customers which means a commercial enterprise (excluding government entities) with a current Australian Business Number (ABN) that has between 20 to 200 employees.
Qantas Business Rewards will be informed when your business has placed an order with Winc and Qantas Business Rewards will credit the Qantas Points to your business's account. If you meet the criteria above and still haven't been awarded Qantas Points please contact us on 13 26 44 or email customerservice@winc.com.au.

I have returned an item from my order and received a refund. Will I retain the Qantas Points?

No, the Qantas Points accrued on the returned item will be deducted and only the dollar amount that you paid will earn Qantas Points.

Are there any special considerations for earning Qantas Points on Winc.com.au?

Yes, the earn rate of Qantas Points is different for orders made through netxpress.biz (Winc Corporate site) and www.winc.com.au. Customers will be awarded Qantas Points at the earn rate based on which website the purchase was made on. It is the responsibility of the member to check whether a proposed purchase is eligible to earn Qantas Points, and if so how many Qantas Points will be earned, before making a purchase.
