Global supply chain shortages have led to more products being out of stock in all supply chains. To help remove operational waste and improve productivity in your organisation, Mandura is moving to consolidated back order deliveries from 22 June 2022.
By reducing the number of deliveries we make to fulfil your order, we are eliminating a common customer pain point with less deliveries for you to keep track of and less invoices to process. It is estimated this action will reduce carbon emissions and packaging waste from Mandura deliveries by up to 6%.
While all in stock items will be delivered next business day in metro areas if you order before your local cut off time, any items on back order will be shipped in a consolidated delivery every 14 days. That means that we will wait to send all back order items that have arrived over the course of two weeks in one delivery. If all your back order stock arrives and your order is complete, then we will ship this as soon as the last back order item arrives.
This means that you may receive some of your back ordered products a few days later than the estimated delivery dates shown on the website, your order confirmation and the tracking page for. In time we will be looking to adjust our back order estimated delivery dates to match our new consolidated delivery timeframe. In the meantime, we appreciate your patience.
Contactless deliveries are offered by all Winc drivers delivering on behalf of Mandura. This means keeping a distance of 1.5 metres wherever possible and signing for orders on behalf of every customer.
