Do you have different options to suit different budgets?
Each of our four spaces is available in three different tiers to suit a range of budgets. Buy what you see as you see it - or mix and match to suit your workplace. It’s all very flexible.
Elite: this tier is for those who want high end technology and the very best of local and international designer pieces.
Premier: this tier offers a premium collection of quality furnishings and the latest tech.
Select: this tier is made up of our most popular and best-selling products which never go out of style.
What tier is being shown in the four spaces of the Virtual Showroom?
The Contemporary Workspace Solutions Virtual Showroom showcases the Elite tier for each space or room. Once you are in the Virtual Showroom, select ‘Shop the room’ to discover the Premier and Select versions of the space you are in.
How do I navigate the Virtual Showroom?
To move around each showroom floor, simply click on the hot spots or arrows at the bottom of the screen.
Use your mouse to rotate your perspective of the room – just click and drag.
To find out more information about a product, click on its associated hotspot and a pop up will appear with three options (Elite, Premier, Select). To exit the pop up, click on the X on the top left-hand side.
Can I view the Virtual Showroom on my mobile or tablet?
The Virtual Showroom is a desktop experience only with mobile viewing not supported.

Furniture assembly is available within metropolitan areas in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Gold Coast, Townsville, Geelong, Newcastle, Central Coast (NSW), Wollongong, Hobart, Launceston, Canberra, Darwin and Perth. Simply look for the ‘add assembly’ icon when making your furniture purchase on our website and select it to include it as part of your order.

How much do you charge for freight and delivery?
If you are interested in purchasing straight from the Virtual Showroom, freight and delivery is quoted by postcode. If you are interested in a total solution, please request a call with a #workbetter expert.
What are your delivery lead times?
Delivery lead times vary depending on whether the product you are interested in. Please log in to winc.com.au before you enter the Virtual Showroom and when you click on a product you will see our estimated delivery dates. If you are interested in a total solution, our #workbetter experts will work with you on a full implementation timeline.
I don’t have a winc.com.au login. How do I get one?
