We’ve streamlined tracking for orders being delivered by 3rd party couriers.

If your order is being delivered by a 3rd-party courier, you’ll be able to access a link to go to the courier’s tracking page to view latest delivery updates.

If you have more than one account or delivery address, you will be asked to choose the right one when you log in.

This helps us show you the correct estimated delivery date for your order.

*Note: This feature is not available for users on an ERP system, or users with only one account or delivery address.

Our new product pages are designed to be easier to read and use.

• View frequently bought together items: Quickly see and add products that are often bought with your selection.
• Access product and safety details: View all specs, certifications, and safety data sheets to help you make informed choices.
