If you’ve already chosen an address, you’ll just need to review it before continuing with your order.
You can now use the site search bar to find past orders by entering your order number. This can also be used to track your order, access invoices and proof of delivery, and initiate a return.
You can also select ‘View and track orders’ at the top of the page to see your five most recent orders. From there, you can quickly track an order, view any issues or return details, and access your invoices.
We've made it easier to track how many parcels have been delivered, and how many are still on the way when the delivery has been split by our regional delivery partner Team Global Express (TGE).
If your order is split across multiple deliveries by our regional delivery partner Team Global Express (TGE), you will now receive an email notification outlining how many of your parcels have been delivered (eg. “1 of 2 parcels delivered”) when some of your order arrives. Select 'track order' in the email to see the status and estimated delivery date of any parcels still in transit.
