The Suma Special L4 is a concentrated liquid mechanical ware washing detergent specially formulated to provide excellent soil removal in soft to medium hard water conditions. It is suitable for use in a wide range of single and multi-tank ware washing machines. It contains a blend of caustic alkali and powerful scale control agents, which will provide excellent removal of fats and stains. The powerful scale control agents will also prevent scaling when used as directed in medium hard water conditions.
