19mm hooks on the 468 Frame attach directly onto the confined space loops or d-rings of any confined space harness.
Karabiners on the Universal Spreader Bar attach directly onto the shoulder straps of ANY full body harness, converting it into a confined space harness.
Top d-ring can be attached to a raising and lowering device (like a Tripod or Winch system).
