The 3M spray/painting respirator kit is for use when requiring combined face, eye and respiratory protection and when a higher protection factor is required (compared with a half-face respirator). It is for use with the following common applications/hazards: Paint* spraying, Pesticide spraying, Chemical handling of organic vapours e.g. from thinners and adhesives, Fibreglassing, Printing,Furniture manufacturing. Possible to convert respirator to dual air supplied respirator system*Protection FactorsNote that any filtering respirator should not be used for protection at airborne concentrations of contaminants above the relevant Immediately Dangerous to Life or Health (IDLH) levels.This cartridge/filter, when used for protection against the contaminants as specified, is capable of providing the following protection levels with a 3M 6000 Series Full Face Respirator:- 3M Organic Vapour Filters 6051 A1, for concentrations of organic vapours with boiling points >65⁰C up to 50 x WES or 1000 ppm, whichever is lower.- 3M Particulate Filters 5925, P2 for particles, for airborne concentrations up to 50 x WES.* Not to be used when spraying isocyanate based paints
